Important: AlphaTeleVoice provides services exclusively to business customers (B2B). By accessing our websites or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our products and services are intended for business use. You confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business entity and have authority to bind that entity.
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, carrier requirements, and applicable laws. Prohibited activities include (without limitation) unlawful calling, harassment, robocalling/spam, fraud, SIM/eSIM abuse, and any activity that could impair network integrity.
Support channels and response targets may be defined in your commercial agreement, reseller agreement, or our Service Level Agreement (if applicable).
Porting is subject to carrier rules and third-party timelines. You are responsible for providing accurate information and authorizations. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, including the losing carrier.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to use any customer/contact data you receive through our services in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
All trademarks, service marks, content, and software associated with AlphaTeleVoice (and its group brands) remain our property or the property of our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse them except as permitted in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaTeleVoice will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim will be limited to the fees paid to AlphaTeleVoice for the affected service during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless your signed agreement states otherwise.
You agree to defend and indemnify AlphaTeleVoice against claims arising from your use of the services, your violations of law, your breach of these Terms, or content/traffic you originate or facilitate.
We may suspend or terminate access to the services for security, fraud, non-payment, policy violations, or legal/regulatory reasons. Termination procedures may be further defined in your commercial agreement.
Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, these Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
