Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all AlphaTeleVoice services and group products, including VoIP/voice routes, DID/number services, and eSIM-related offerings. It is designed to protect the network, partners, and end users.
Prohibited activities
- Illegal activity, harassment, threats, or abusive communications.
- Fraud, theft, spoofing, impersonation, or deceptive calling practices.
- Unsolicited communications (spam), robocalling, or unlawful automated dialing.
- Traffic pumping, artificial traffic generation, or attempts to manipulate routing/termination.
- Using services to distribute malware, phishing, or to compromise systems or networks.
- Violating carrier, regulator, or numbering/porting rules.
- Attempting to bypass security controls or access accounts/systems without authorization.
Operational and security requirements
- You must maintain accurate customer and account information.
- You must implement reasonable security controls to prevent misuse of credentials and endpoints.
- You must promptly notify us of suspected compromise, fraud, or abnormal traffic patterns.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate services immediately to protect the network, comply with law, or prevent harm. Where reasonable, we may provide notice and an opportunity to cure, subject to urgency and regulatory constraints.
